Welcome To Coupeville
The 2009 Coupeville Festival dates, August 1st and 2nd are a change from the CFA’s historical event weekend. The reason for this change is because the Anacortes Festival is now a three day event that falls on the second weekend in August.

Due to limitations on the Port Townsend/Keystone Washington State Ferry route, VEHICLE RESERVATIONS are REQUIRED.  Walk-on passengers are not required to make reservations.  You can make your VEHICLE reservation at:  http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/ferries/

Shuttle service to the Coupeville Festival is available for walk-on passengers on the Port Townsend/Keystone Ferry route.  Whidbey/SeaTac Shuttle, a Coupeville Festival sponsor, will meet arriving and departing ferries all day at the Keystone Ferry landing Saturday and Sunday, August 1st and 2nd.  Saturday shuttle time:  8:45 AM to 7:15 PM.  Sunday shuttle time:  8:45 AM to 6:00 PM.  Check the Port Townsend/Keystone ferry schedule HERE to pick the best time for your travel.  The ferry crossing is approximately 30 minutes.

Established in 1964 – the Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival is one of  Washington State’s oldest, continuously run festivals. The Festival is renowned for its primary focus on quality arts and crafts, handmade by artisans from the Pacific Northwest and beyond.  The historic town of Coupeville is located on Penn Cove, Central Whidbey Island, WA.  Shoppers, vendors and visitors will all be charmed by the waterfront views.

The Coupeville Festival Association is a non-profit, ALL volunteer (link the site) organization with a 501c4 status. Proceeds from each festival are invested in the Coupeville community in the form of project grants and scholarships. To date the Coupeville Festival Association has donated over a half million dollars to community projects and students within the 98239 area of the Coupeville community. Volunteers are always welcome!  If you want to contribute, here are three options to sign up.

We offer Fine and Folk Art , Handmade Crafts, Free Children’s Activities , Free Live Entertainment and Food for every palate.  There is ample and convenient parking 1 block from the Festival.  A variety of accommodations and unique restaurants are offered within the area.
