Art Show – The Coupeville Festival Association emphasizes fine arts in the Juried Art Gallery. Artists representing every visual medium are encouraged to enter this competition.
Hand deliver artwork to the Coupeville Rec Hall on Monday July 27th 9-5
Tuesday July 28th 9-noon No late entries accepted.
Acceptance notifications will be mailed out by 5pm Tuesday July 28th
Unaccepted art should be picked up on Thursday July 30th between 11-1 or at the same time as accepted art.
Accepted art should be picked up on Sunday August 2nd 4:15-6:30pm or Monday August 3rd 11-1.
Gallery hours are:
Opening Friday July 31st - 7pm
Saturday, August 1st - 10-6
Sunday, August 2nd - 10-4
Prospectus will be on line by May 15th.
Awards for the juried art gallery will be presented at a wine reception Friday, August 13th, 7 - 10
PM.
The Wine Reception is held in the Art Gallery at the Coupeville Recreation Hall. Guests may choose from a selection of wines provided by Bayleaf Deli located in Coupeville and Oak Harbor. Tickets for the wine reception are $12.00 in advance and $15.00 at the door the evening of the reception. Ticket price includes a commemorative wine glass.

Festival visitors who are not able to attend the preview of the Art Gallery Friday evening can spend quality time wandering through the juried art display between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday, and 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM on Sunday.
Handicapped parking for the wine reception event is provided in the Recreation Hall parking lot during the hours of 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on FRIDAY NIGHT ONLY. |
