ELIGIBILITY: The Coupeville Festival Association seeks the participation of artisans and crafts persons offering their own handmade merchandise (no mass produced merchandise accepted).

**The Coupeville Festival Association is required to confirm that each festival vendor is insured.  If you need to find an insurance company to cover this two-day event, you may contact the Coupeville Festival office at 360-678-5116 for information on possible insurance carriers.

Hospitality Cart:  Saturday, early morning hours. Free coffee (regular and decaf), tea, hot chocolate and water (cold and hot) for vendors and festival volunteers.  

Vendor reception:  Sunday morning – come for breakfast, drawings and camaraderie. Prizes for this event become more coveted each year. Artisans who donate raffle prizes for the Sunday morning vendor reception have their business name and web link on the Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival website for one year following the festival.
