
Established in 1964 – the Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival is one of Washington State’s oldest, continuously run festivals. The Festival is renowned for its primary focus on quality arts and crafts, handmade by artisans from the Pacific Northwest and beyond. The historic town of Coupeville is located on Penn Cove, Central Whidbey Island, WA. Shoppers, vendors and visitors will all be charmed by the waterfront views.
The Coupeville Festival Association is a non-profit, ALL volunteer organization with a 501c4 status. Proceeds from each festival are invested in the Coupeville community in the form of project grants and scholarships. To date the Coupeville Festival Association has donated over a half million dollars to community projects and students within the 98239 area of the Coupeville community. Volunteers are always welcome! If you want to contribute, here are three options to sign up.
We offer Fine and Folk Art , Handmade Crafts, Free Children’s Activities , Free Live Entertainment and Food for every palate. There is ample and convenient parking 1 block from the Festival. A variety of accommodations and unique restaurants are offered within the area.
