Sponsor Benefits for the Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival
A monetary donation from your company to help sponsor the Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival is an All win situation for your business, the Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival and the Coupeville Community. Net proceeds from the Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival are funneled into the Coupeville Community by way of grants and scholarships to deserving individuals and organizations.
- In exchange for your donation of any amount between $500 and $5000, your company logo will be prominently displayed within the festival location you choose to help fund. Some examples of areas that are not moneymakers themselves, but are necessary for a successful festival include Free Children’s Activities, Free quality Entertainment, Free Artist in Action demonstrations, Vendor Hospitality events, etc. All of these events have high participation from Festival participants.
- A link to your company’s website will be placed on the Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival website at www.coupevilleartsandcraftsfestival.org.
- Your company logo will be used in our electronic and hard copy advertising, which reaches at least Jefferson, King, Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom and Island counties in the form of posters, brochures and rack cards.

In order for your logo to be placed on hard copy advertising, your request to become a sponsor should be submitted early in the calendar year (January/February).
The Coupeville Festival Association is a non-profit civic organization. Funds that you donate are considered an investment in the community of Coupeville and its residents. The venue for your advertising as a sponsor of the Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival is to your business’ advantage as the festival sees an estimated 15-20,000 people in a 2-day period each August. |
